Meet Jeff Morefield
A 26-year Oklahoma Police Veteran who entered into his Next Phase of Life on February 1st, 2024. Jeff is married to his amazing wife, Emily with one daughter while living in Edmond, Oklahoma.
While in uniform, he excelled as a 12-year SWAT officer, Field Training Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Crisis Intervention Team, Lead Gang Intelligence Officer and avid volunteer in Special Olympics, Tunnel to Towers and Folds of Honor. Jeff is also a US Army Officer Veteran, who deployed into combat operations twice during the Global War on Terror.
From these occupations, he saw a need to stand up the OnCallProject Foundation, a First Responder resource focused Non-Profit. OCP’s mission is to “Empower First Responders with purpose and resources to prepare for life beyond the uniform”. He leads others with vigilance, intelligence and purpose to provide a pathway, understanding and clarity for many going into their Next Phase of Life. He now speaks on the process of employment transition, specifically in the area of preparation, implementation and stability.
